May 30 thru June 27 th 2012~ $4690.00 per week
June 27h thru July 4th HOLIDAY $5600.00 for the week
July 5th thru September 6th 4690.00 per week
September 5th thru Oct 31 2012~ $3900.00 per week

$175 cleaning fee per stay

$1000 deposit per week
Call for weekend rates for spring, fall or winter only and holiday rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Rates are based on 8 people or less.
$50.00 per night fee for every additional person over 8 people. (Adult and children apply)
