Sept 27 thru Nov 1,2010~ $3200.00 per week 
    Nov 1 thru March 28, 2011~ $2600.00 per week Except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years (higher rates apply)
March 28 thru May 30,2011 ~ $3400.00 per week
May 30 thru June 27 th 2011~ $4250.00 per week
June 27h thru July 4th HOLIDAY $5600.00 for the week
July 5th thru September 6th 4590.00 per week
September 6th thru Oct 31 2011~ $3200.00 per week

$170 cleaning fee per stay

$1000 deposit per week
Call for weekend rates for spring, fall or winter only and holiday rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Rates are based on 8 people or less.
$50.00 per night fee for every additional person over 8 people. (Adult and children apply)

NOTE: This is a non- smoking facility and pet free zone
